When you purchase electronic components from YFXK you are protected by this guarantee.

In the rare event that the active, passive and electro-mechanical components you purchase from YFXK are not of perfect quality, that is they don't work electronically to manufacturers specifications, simply return them to YFXK within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund.

Whether you require obsolete components, shortage components or day-to-day components, when you work with YFXK you'll also benefit from these commitments we make to you.

Delivery guarantee and order tracking
You are given a firm dispatch date with every order you place and  an email or fax will be sent everytime a shipment is dispatched  so you can monitor the dispatch of your deliver.This enables you to track your goods in transit and your YFXK representative will keep you informed and up to date at all times.

Quality and ESD checked shipments
Every shipment is examined for quality by one of our highly qualified and ESD trained personnel.Your orders are carefully packed, using shielded, conductive or vacuum-sealed packaging where necessary, so you get your parts in perfect condition. In addition, all our suppliers are constantly monitored, which means you receive the highest standard of quality.
